Timón Restaurant POS (and PDA)
- New behavior for secure waiter identification by entering a code.
- Two new price types added: Room Service and Miscellaneous.
- Details of reprinted tickets have been added to the Z-report.
- Timón Restaurant PDA: Adaptation to the SOCKET card reader (MSR123-SK) for room charges.
Timon Hotel
- Control notices for long-stay reservations.
- The Valued Reservation List displays information on average prices per occupancy period.
- Adaptation of the NIFS validation process to the new calculation method of the Tax Agency.
- New parameters and conditions added to the agencies’ Offer Types.
- Ability to create manual invoices/credit notes after the season has ended.
- In the Invoice Claim Letter, a parameter has been added to select whether to display the locators and reservation numbers corresponding to each invoice.
- Classification of lost and found items by establishment.
- The Automatic Service Generation process now considers the characteristics of reservations indicated in its configuration.
- Added option to perform sales closing by services.
- New electronic invoicing export for “El Corte Inglés”.
- Optimization of the exchange rate difference calculation for currencies to facilitate daily tracking.
Timón Accounting
- Generation of the C34.
- In accounting accounts (customers and suppliers), the usual payment method can be indicated.
- New Bank Obligations list.
- Automatic generation of invoice entries based on outstanding due dates.
- Posting of due dates from the portfolio screen.
- Users can configure the default behavior of the portfolio to facilitate the entry of due dates.
Commissary Helm
- Allow opening inventories for all departments from a single window.
- Allow closing all department inventories from a single window.
- Allow generating delivery note movements for all departments.
Rudder Access
- Allow multiple Onity encoders in the same establishment.
- Allow authorization for safe use (Onity).
Timón Fixed Assets
- Two lists added: Annual Amortization List and Amortization Summary.
- Allow performing inventories of items by association.
E-Timón (and E-Timón WS)
- Allow total quota control per establishment on the web.
- New web backoffice for agile entry of web rates for reservation modules based on our web services.
- The web service corresponding to availability allows the selection of rooms with multiple combinations based on the number of people indicated.
- Ability to offer extras on the establishment’s website.
