More than 80 members of the Timón Hotel community attended the event, where we shared updates and our vision for the future of Hospitality Business Intelligence.
Last Wednesday, May 31, 2023, we met with members of the Timón Hotel community to celebrate an exclusive event where we presented the new features available in version 23 and spoke with our clients about the importance of business intelligence.
The event took place at the magnificent facilities of our client HM Palma Blanc. We made use of one of the rooms specially designed for this type of occasion, as well as the fresh, green outdoor area to enjoy a mid-morning coffee, and the modern restaurant where we gathered for lunch at the end of the day.
Martín Millán Latorre was responsible for presenting Timón Day 2023. After several years without organising it, it was exciting to see the room full with nearly 80 attendees, all of them clients and friends.
Next, we paused to explore in detail all the improvements and new features included in version 23. Marga Capó and Martí Femenias guided us through all the features developed, which can be seen summarised in this video and in more detail at the following link.
One of the foundations of Timón Hotel is integration with other systems and software that are relevant to our clients. To highlight the excellent work carried out in this area, we welcomed Pablo Bear, Account Executive at Paynopain, who presented the integration we have developed with them to offer our clients secure payments through credit card tokenisation.
After a relaxing coffee break, one of the highlights of the morning arrived: a panel discussion between Sergio Baudot (Grupo Sol y Mar), Ramón Sánchez (Son Caliu), Antoni Rosselló (Timón Hotel BI) and Martín Millán (CEO, Timón Hotel). The topic under debate was “Business intelligence as a strategy in the marketing of hotel companies”. It was extremely interesting to hear the testimonies of Sergio and Ramón, who shared their experience with Timón Hotel’s Business Intelligence solution and how it has transformed their business processes and decision-making.
Finally, Martín Millán LLull presented the three fundamental pillars on which Timón Hotel’s tools are currently based:
- We simplify data collection to make it more efficient.
- We strengthen integrations with third parties.
- Timón Business Intelligence, the new hotel strategy.
We are very pleased and grateful to have enjoyed such a pleasant gathering, where we were able to speak in a close, personal way and share our vision for the future of hotel management.
