The year 2023 brings major updates in the new V23 of the Timón Hotel application.
We are very excited and thrilled to present the major changes we have made to the foundations of our applications. Major changes that make us look to the future and will allow us to grow and adapt to the technology that is yet to come.
It is not just a visual improvement; with the new version we have achieved an optimization of the entire system that translates into improved overall performance, a more agile and flexible way to use Timón Hotel wherever you need it.
Performance and Information Access Improvements
- Much faster loading.
- Faster access to a large number of menu options
- Better organization and productivity: visually more accessible, ability to split windows, organize tabs, manage workspace.
- The new technology allows us to run the applications without the need for remote desktop
A New Look
Completely redesigned new menus
More usable and accessible
The classic previous menu with options that expanded like branches of a tree has been replaced by a new Ribbon-type menu in ribbon format with images.
This menu has the advantage of being composed of a band where all options are displayed graphically across the ribbon, with buttons that are images rather than text.
Options are no longer presented in submenus but grouped in panels or groups.
The Ribbon menu is the same type of menu used in Microsoft Office and other popular software packages, so users are already familiar with its use.
Another advantage is that this menu exposes a greater number of options to users (more information), streamlining access to options that were previously difficult to locate.
In short, the new menu is designed to offer better efficiency and productivity to users.

A completely redesigned look
The new version presents a design change driven by the application of new user interface technology so that the applications have a more modern and lightweight appearance.
Tabs
Greater organization and productivity
Another important improvement is the opening of application windows in “Tabs.” Until now, windows opened by overlapping one on top of another.
Now they are arranged in a tab format that allows for better visibility and navigation between all open windows in the application.
As always, all these changes will be available to all our clients in version 23.0, which will be available in January 2023.
