Upgrade Service

The Evolucion Informatica upgrade contract has a one-year duration (automatically extendable for equal periods) and includes the following services:

Business hours
All services included in this contract shall be provided from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (except holidays).

Corrective maintenance of applications
Evolución Informática will provide the client with the standard corrections that are incorporated to the contracted standard application(s).

Modifications due to changes in legislation
This assistance includes the provision by Evolución Informática of any modifications that may be necessary due to changes in Spanish legislation that may affect the contracted application(s).

Upgrading to the latest version
Delivery of the latest versions of the contracted standard application(s) that Evolución Informática launches to the market, by downloading from Timón’s FTP.

Free upgrade
3 Annual updates due to improvements and/or corrections of Evolucion Informatica’s applications, or due to legal revisions.

Sending timely information
On the improvements and new versions that may be produced in the Evolución Informática programs, as well as on specific processes such as closings, openings, inventories, special processes, etc.

Free training
On new functionalities of Timón Hotel, these trainings are carried out in groups and at Evolución Informática’s facilities.

Evolucion Informatica will give you access, with user and password to the FPT of Timon Hotel, so that you can download from our website the application/s contracted under this contract, for corrections, modifications, latest versions, updates and timely information.
Home Assistance, Database Administrator functions and Hardware Maintenance are not included in this contract.

In the case that the client requests that a consultant of Evolución Informática travels to the client’s facilities, this contract does not cover the expenses originated by the provision of the Update service, which will be paid by the client, travel, displacements, per diem, lodging, technician’s hours, etc.

10x5 Support Service

Evolucion Informatica’s 10×5 Support contract has a duration of one year (automatically extendable for equal periods), it includes the following services:

SCHEDULE
All services included in this contract will be provided from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30 hours (except holidays).

FUNCTIONAL QUERIES
Forty functional consultations per hotel on the contracted Evolución Informática applications; by e-mail, for the correct use and utilization of the applications, through our support department.

RESPONSE TIME
The response time for functional emergency consultations is set at a maximum of 24 hours.

DATA VERIFICATION
First level data check included (as long as it does not exceed 60 minutes).

SENDING OF INFORMATION
Sending timely information on improvements and new versions that may be produced in the Evolución Informática programs, as well as specific processes such as closings, openings, inventories, special processes, etc.

SERVICE PRIORITY
Priority in service over customers without a contract.

FREE TRAINING
On new functionalities of Timón Hotel, these trainings are carried out in group and in the facilities of Evolución Informática.

ADVICE ON INSTALLATION AND PARAMETERIZATION
Advice on the installation and parameterization of Evolución Informática applications.
Home Assistance, Database Administrator functions and Hardware Maintenance are not included in this contract.

In the case that the client requests that a consultant of Evolución Informática travels to the client’s facilities, this contract does not cover the expenses originated by the provision of the Update service, which will be charged to the CLIENT, travel, displacements, allowances, lodging, technician hours, etc…

10x7 Support Service

Evolucion Informatica’s 10×7 Support contract has a duration of one year (automatically extendable for equal periods), it includes the following services:

SCHEDULE
All services included in this contract will be provided from Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 18:30 hours.
(almost every holiday of the year). 10 hours on weekdays and 8 hours on weekends and holidays (except December 25th and 31st and January 1st).

FUNCTIONAL QUERIES
Unlimited functional consultations on the contracted Evolución Informática applications; by e-mail, for the correct use and utilization of the applications, through our support department.

RESPONSE TIME
The response time for functional emergency consultations is set at a maximum of 4 hours.

DATA VERIFICATION
First level data check included (as long as it does not exceed 120 minutes).

SENDING OF INFORMATION
Sending timely information on improvements and new versions that may be produced in the Evolución Informática programs, as well as specific processes such as closings, openings, inventories, special processes, etc.

SERVICE PRIORITY
Priority service over customers with 10×5 contracts.

FREE TRAINING
On new functionalities of Timón Hotel, these trainings are carried out in groups and at Evolución Informática’s facilities.
