Another improvement included in the version 11.1 of Timón Hotel, and one of the most anticipated by our users, is the ability to easily copy rates between different agencies—not only rates, but also offers, allotments, and stop-sell. This is what we will refer to as Propagate…
When modifying a contract, if a record can be propagated, a green button will appear at the end of the line (see image above). Clicking it will display a small wizard where you can select, among other conditions, which agencies you want to copy the modified record to. In the destination agencies, records propagated from another source agency will be identified by a blue icon (see image above) at the end of the same line.
With this new improvement, it will be very easy to copy and delete rates, offers, allotments, and stop-sell from a set of agencies, without needing to open each of their contracts.
