A new option for occupancy tracking for your establishments has been added to the latest version of Timón Alta Dirección. This feature operates as follows: within Timón Hotel, you can configure whether to activate this tracking and at what frequency (daily, every 3 days, every 5 days, etc.). During the daily closing process that coincides with the specified frequency, the monthly occupancy for the entire active season is stored in the database. This data is compared with the same (or approximate) date from the previous season, allowing for the inclusion of comments to assist the user with tracking.
With this new option, you will be able to monitor the occupancy status of your establishment for the coming months and analyze, for example, how various actions affect your occupancy levels. All of this is compared against the previous season or a forecast previously entered by the user.
