Due to the strong interest from our customers in the new Mailing Management option, our development department is working on version 10.1 to continue improving the Loyalty option in Timón Hotel. Specifically, the focus is on everything related to direct marketing to the property’s customers through the use of emails (HTML templates) and SMS. For this reason, we have redesigned our message management application (Timón Msg) and added various features that will certainly be very useful for our users.
Among other improvements, the following stand out:
- Message log (emails and SMS) sent or pending to be sent
- Message viewing
- Option to send an email or SMS directly from the application
- Scheduling the permitted period for sending SMS
- Viewing the number of available credits (SMS) according to the contracted package
- Viewing the service status
- New overall application design
