The next improvement in version v10.2.1.0 focuses on enhancing the current loyalty option in Timón Hotel. This version expands the additional information that can be collected from guests staying at the establishment. Consequently, extra information regarding marital status, wedding date, profession, education, usual holiday period, etc. has been added to the standard guest profile.
By collecting the clients’ wedding date, the Mailing Management option in Timón Hotel allows for mailings (via email or SMS) to congratulate them on their anniversary. Furthermore, if they celebrate said anniversary during their stay at the establishment, our software will provide a visual alert to users—just as it currently does for birthdays—helping to improve the guest-staff relationship.
