Instructions for enabling the Webservice User in SES HOSPEDAJES

We understand that the registration process in SES HOSPEDAJES can be somewhat confusing, and we have found that some users have experienced difficulties with one of the steps required to complete access with the Webservice User.

We would like to make this process easier with a simple guide so that you can resolve it quickly:

Steps to obtain the Webservice User and Webservice Password:

1. Access the SES HOSPEDAJES platform.
   • Once inside, click the Log in button within the Communication service or Web service user box.
2. Identify your Webservice User.
   • You will find it with this structure: NIF+WS (or CIF+WS for companies).
   • All Webservice Users end in “WS”.
3. Enable the Web Service (if necessary).
   • If you do not see the Communication services section, go to My registered details and select the Send communications via web service option.
   • This will activate the Web Service and you will receive an email with your Webservice User and Webservice Password.
4. Change your Webservice Password:
   • If you cannot find the email with the password, you will need to change it by following these steps:
     • Access SES HOSPEDAJES again.
     • Click the Log in button within the Communication service or Web service user box.
     • Select the Change password option.

Important note:

Please remember that the Webservice Password is different from the one you use to access your queries in SES HOSPEDAJES.

Final step:

With the Webservice User (ending in “WS”) and the Webservice Password, you will now be able to complete the configuration in the specific Timón Hotel section.

Likewise, if for any reason you continue to have problems obtaining the Webservice user or password, you can always generate the file and upload it manually.
