This January, we are releasing the final revision of version 10 of our software, before launching version 11 (which we will be discussing in this blog). In this latest revision, we have included a new report that will certainly be widely used by our clients for managing and forecasting agency collections: the Outstanding Balances by Agency and Month Report.
This list allows for quick access to information regarding amounts invoiced, collected, advances, and the outstanding balance for agencies. Additionally, it provides a breakdown of this balance across different collection maturity months. The report displays information separated into two main blocks: agencies with pending advances and agencies without advances or pending advances. It also includes a small graph indicating the month with the highest collection forecast.
