Last week we had the privilege of accompanying Garden Hotel Group (Garden Hotels) in the presentation of its new brand structure and the announcement of the upcoming opening of a new establishment in the heart of Palma.
Garden Hotel Group’s new organizational model marks a milestone in its history. It is built on three main brands that reflect the level of specialization achieved by the chain and allow clear segmentation of audiences, products, and channels:
- Garden Hotel Group, as the corporate brand, positions itself as the strategic core of the organization. From there, sustainability, innovation, and operational coherence are driven under family management with a long-term vision.
- Garden Hotels & Resorts is the evolution of its vacation offering: more approachable, vibrant, and genuine. A brand that preserves its warm hospitality while adapting to families, active adults, and travelers seeking wellness and authentic experiences.
- Nivia Hotel Collection reaffirms itself as its boutique line of serene luxury, designed for travelers who value exclusivity, beauty, and connection with the destination.
This new brand architecture is accompanied by tools designed for the professional channel, such as visual fact sheets, segmented sales materials, and immersive experiences like “Garden Days” or “Curated Moments,” which help establish a coherent and emotional narrative with each type of client. All under a motto that defines the moment the group is experiencing: “New paths, same roots.”
The other major announcement is the upcoming opening of Gomila Palma Apartments, scheduled for early 2025. This new project, located in the iconic Gomila neighborhood (Palma), represents a more urban, boutique, and contemporary product line, consisting of 24 tourist apartments designed for a more independent, digital traveler committed to the environment.
But beyond design or location, Gomila Palma Apartments is a statement of intent: a commitment to urban revitalization, to the circular economy, and to a tourism model that respects the place where it originates. The use of reused materials and the implementation of sustainable practices reaffirm the path Garden Hotel Group has been following for years.
At Timón Hotel, we are proud to be part of this journey, providing the technology that supports the strategy, that simplifies daily management, and that helps teams make decisions with a clear direction.
Garden Hotel Group grows, evolves, and reminds us that innovation is not about forgetting who we are—it is about doing so from our roots.
